An Evolve, Not a Rebrand
We began with an analysis of the existing investor presentation, mapping how the content flowed, what messages landed clearly, and where additional clarity or structure could help bring the narrative to life. We built what we call stepping stone slides, a narrative structure that guided the audience through a carefully considered transition. These slides bridged NSB’s established scientific credibility with its newly acquisition of Isopogen WA and its StemSmart™ technology, helping the shift feel logical, confident, and authentic.
Redefine the Company Messaging
In parallel, we worked closely with Westar Capital to enhance their strategic marketing messaging, articulating not just what the company does, but why it matters now, and what it signals for the future. To support this, we created a set of education slides to explain key terms and concepts in accessible, compelling ways. They helped clarify the strategic logic behind the StemSmart™ technology and made the upside more tangible to a broader investor audience. The final presentation was structured, more approachable and more credible. Our role was to amplify it, ensuring the company’s next chapter began with clarity and conviction
Image Curation Reflects Identity
Image curation played a critical role in the entire transition process. We guided the direction from early concept to final execution, consulting on how imagery could best reflect the company’s identity. The goal was to move away from its biopharmaceutical roots and toward the promise of regenerative science and innovation. We began with a “life after Crohn’s” concept focused on patient lifestyle, before shifting to a macro, futuristic science aesthetic. Both had merit, but the final direction better captured NSB as a forward-thinking innovator. Every image was carefully selected to align with the company’s new narrative.
Website Mirroring with Autonomy
After refreshing NSB’s investor presentation, we had a clear foundation to take their story online. With ASX lodged content, we were able to work with autonomy to mirror the main core messaging onto the website. This ensured accuracy and consistency while carrying through the StemSmart™ focus and refreshed direction. By taking a ‘less is more’ approach, we focused on what mattered most, creating a site that is up-to-date, clean, credible and efficient.
